Purpose-built for hot water cleaning, the GEKA Professional Hot Water Wash Down Gun (G1/2 female BSP, stainless steel) handles continuous hot-water applications up to 95°C, making it a genuinely specialist tool for UK and Ireland food industry, industrial and commercial cleaning environments where standard cold-water guns aren’t suitable.
Every water-conducting metal part is made from stainless steel 1.4401, chosen specifically for its resistance to heat and corrosion under sustained hot-water use. Safety has been carefully engineered into the design: a reinforced safety loop prevents the operating lever from being accidentally triggered if the gun is dropped, while the extended rubber handle is shaped specifically to keep hands away from hot metal parts of the gun and hose fittings during use.
Jet shape is infinitely adjustable, and a clearly visible water jet direction arrow helps operators stay oriented and in control during fast-paced cleaning work. FKM seals with PTFE/air insulation are specifically chosen to withstand the temperatures this gun is designed for – note it is rated for hot water only and is not suitable for steam applications. Operating pressure reaches up to 24 bar, with a flow rate of 25 litres per minute at 5 bar.
This is a genuinely specialist piece of equipment for continuous hot-water washdown in demanding settings – food processing facilities, industrial kitchens, workshops and commercial cleaning operations across the UK and Ireland where grease, oil and baked-on residue need more than cold water to shift. Available from GekaStoreNI, supplying genuine GEKA professional cleaning equipment.
